Kids gobble up these fun, sweet treats–especially at sleepovers and scary movie nights. So host a party and make some more, as the recipe is easy to double! Makes about 20 clusters.

  • 1 cup milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 cup cocktail peanuts

  • Line baking sheet with wax paper; set aside. Place chocolate morsels and peanut butter in 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH, 1-1/2 – 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts, mixing until coated.
  • Using a tablespoon, drop chocolate mixture onto wax paper. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate hardens and clusters become firm. Remove from refrigerator; store at room temperature in airtight container.

*When melting chocolate in the microwave, always stir every 30 seconds to prevent chocolate from overheating or burning along the edges. Chocolate morsels usually hold their shape when melted.

*Make certain that all utensils and the bowl are completely dry and free of any water droplets. Water can cause the melted chocolate to “seize” and become gritty or hardened.

*Add any other scrumptious ingredients you wish! Our other ideas for this recipe include dried berries, white chocolate chip morsels, or even crumbled-up granola bars.
